Return & Refund Policy

 

Sale Items

1)         Sale items, both in-store and online, are sold ‘as is’ and will not be accepted for return (refund, exchange or credit), so please choose carefully.

Made To Order and intimates

2)         Made to Order items an intimates (underwear, bras and swimwear) will not be accepted for return (refund, exchange or credit), so please choose carefully.

Returns and exchanges

3)         If you change your mind about a Product then you may only exchange it for a store credit and this must be done within 14 days of your purchase or receipt of the item.

4)         If the Product is faulty or damaged, doesn’t meet its description, or if you have been sent the wrong thing, we will happily exchange, refund or repair the product within 30 days of purchase.

5)         Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition and where applicable must include original packaging, with all tags or labels still attached.

6)         We require proof of purchase for any return or exchange.

7)         If you wish to return your garment(s) in person you may do so by visiting our store at 145 Greville St, Prahran, VIC, 3181.  Please contact us prior to coming in by calling us on 0491 930 139 or emailing us at contactus@diida.com.au .

Returns by courier or post

8)         If you are returning the Product by post or courier you must;

(a)                        put the Product back into the same or better box that you received the Product and ensure that it is properly sealed;

(b)                       email us a photograph of the Product in the package and a copy of your receipt before you mail/send it.

9)         Address and send the package to DIIDA, 145 Greville St, Prahran, VIC, 3181.

10)   We strongly recommend that you use a reputable courier and use a traceable delivery method to ensure the items are returned to DIIDA.

11)   DIIDA takes no responsibility for any loss of any garments during the returns process.

12)   Once we receive the Product, it will undergo a quality check and once approved the relevant return entitlement will be issued within 5 working days.
